The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Amazing location, friendly staff. The vibe and decor of the hotel was quite dated to be honest (felt a bit like The Shining) but as I was just there on an overnight stay it wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot so I can't say I wouldn't stay again!

A really lovely hotel, we stayed for 2 nights.the staff are all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Breakfast was help yourself with plenty of choice.
We used the pool/sauna/steam room/jacuzzi again all very clean.
5 minute walk to town centre, 10 minutes to cricket ground. 2 minutes to Odeon cinema and right opposite railway station.
Also ideal for a base, we caught the train to the cotswolds
We love staying here ,so a definite recommendation from us

Really enjoyed the stay however since the hotel is on the main road it can be quite noisy... especially in the early hours of the morning as people commute to work

The staff were very courageous and helpful, there was plenty of choice for breakfast and good value.
Unfortunately we could hear everyone in the room above us - footsteps and phone call!

The room we stayed at was spacious and equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The bath temperature could be set just how you like it. Comfortable bed, sofa and hairdryer. My partner enjoyed the gym facilities. My only very minor gripe was that I could hear other guests having a loud conversation outside our room when we were both sleeping, but that was an issue with the guests, not the hotel staff.

Perfectly located in the center of Worcester for shopping and public transport, the railway station especially.
I would stay there again when I return back to Worcester.
The rooms were good, and the staff were very helpful.
Be aware there is a charge for parking per night.
I did not dine in a lot, though the only grumble was the breakfast could have been better, with it's freshness, the buffet hot food seemed to sit too long. There are always options locally in the city center.

We had a great stay here. The staff at this hotel were so lovely and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. The breakfast was lovely and hot and plenty of choice and the rooms were lovely and clean, warm and very spacious. Some people may say it's a little dated but was perfect for our 1 night stay and located right in the centre of all the shops which are a stones throw away. We may never come to Worcester again as we were here for a dance competition but if we do we will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel in a fabulous position within Worcester Town Centre. You can walk to all the restaurants and bars and pubs in Worcester from this hotel. On site parking is a bonus too. Staff were very friendly, room was spotless. Highly recommended.
